Deactivated Ruger mini 14 semi automatic rifle, chambered in 0.223 ,the left side of receiver marked with Sturm,Ruger and Co.,Inc Southport ,Conn,USA ,underneath is stamped ‘Made in the 200th year of American liberty’ beautiful condition ,cocks, strips and dry fires deactivated to old spec in 1989, with a reissuement certificate dated 2015.
