A nice 1905 Springfield bayonet dated 1906 , ricasso marked RIA for Rock Island Arsenal and reverse of the ricasso stamped with US and UFH for Union Fork and Hoe factory which was the factory who did the conversion from the 16inch 1905 bayonet to shorten to 10inch for use on the American M1 garand rifle.
