Deactivated World War I French Berthier model M 16 Carbine used extensively in World War I by cavalry and artillery troops and produced heavily from 1917 onwards later in secondary usage in World War II with French forces, partisans and and some occupying German units. This example cocks and dry fires comes complete with GB deactivation certificate dated 2015.
All deactivated weapons sold at Chelmsford Militaria are deactivated within the United Kingdom and hold London or Birmingham proof marks and a certificate stating that the weapon has been deactivated correctly. Any item can be re-deactivated to EU/UK spec.
